Unbroken Fortune Cookies must be shipped back to us for refund.
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE
Customers are held responsible for all return shipping fees.

All messages are mixed together and are NOT SEPARATED. Unless requested by customer.
Order Cancellation
Customers who decide to cancel their orders, must do it immediately after order purchase to avoid cancellation fee.
Customers canceling their order two days after order placement will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Broken Fortune Cookies
Fortune Cookies broken during shipment must be reported immediately for replacement or full refund.
Photograph of the broken fortune cookies is required. We may require the cookies to be sent back to us
depending on how may cookies have broken.
Broken fortune cookies will not be replaced or refunded without photographic proof
