Q: How long can the fortune cookies last?
A: 30 days from the day of arrival.
Q: How long does it take to process the order?
A: 4 Business days to make the traditional fortune cookies. 5 Business days for Dipped Cookies. The traditional fortune
cookies will be shipped out on the 5th business day and all Dipped Cookies will be shipped on the 6th business day after the
order was placed.
Q: How are the cookies packaged?
A: All fortune cookies are individually wrapped with a clear, non-printed plastic film.
Q: Can I place an order now and have it delivered later?
A: Yes, Customer's can place an order and specify a date for when the order is needed.
Whether it's one week or one month, we will hold the order and process it when the time comes.
Q: Can I have double sided messages?
A: Yes, For a flat fee of $12.95 extra, customers can have one saying on the back side of their message
(105 Characters Maximum).
After placing an order, please e-mail us indicating that you want double-sided messages along with the back side saying.
Q: Do the messages come separated?
A: The messages will be mixed unless requested by the customer to separate them.
We charge $4 per separate message. Two separate messages is $8. Three separate messages is $12 and so on.
Q: Can I have additional messages?
A: We offer 6 messages per order. Each additional message will cost $1.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: At this moment we only ship in United States (including Hawaii & Alaska).
